Excessive Recoil LLC

Excessive Recoil was established in 2017 as a home based FFL and has enjoyed many years of service. to the wonderful people of Northern Colorado.  The State of Colorado has decided to make business harder for yet another industry.  Starting in 2025 the state will require any business buying & selling firearms to obtain a state license in addition to the Federal BAFTE license we must already possess.  As of right now, they have not finalized all the hoops they want us to jump through, the penalties for honest mistakes or who they are going to slap with a $400 fee to do business every year.

 

I have made the difficult choice to cease my business of transferring firearms.  I appreciate the continued business from the many friendly faces I got to meet and chat with over the years.
